Gearboxes.

For the most part, Nissans gearbox offerings have fallen into a couple variants; the 71 series, and the 30A series. The 71 boxes have been used from the early 60's through to the late 00's and have in some form or another compatible amongst generations. The 30A series is far newer, first appearing in the 1986 D21 Navara and finishing its run in the R34.

63A Series

The 63A gearbox is a two case gearbox comprised of the front bell-housing and rear extension
